Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Please note that some of the items in our catalog are very popular which implies slightly longer delivery times than those indicated below.
Delivery times for France and Western Europe :
The processing time of your order, the design of the products and the delivery of your order require our team a lead time of between 11 and 19 working days*. Our team strives to make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
*These times do not take into account possible delays caused by administrative decisions (e.g. customs control), COVID-19, strikes, or other circumstances beyond the control of Wooden Jewelry Box.
Delivery times DROM, Canada and USA :
Delivery times for Canada and the United States are 15 to 20 business days.
Delivery times for overseas departments and regions (DROM) are between 18 and 30 working days (delivery for a fee).
My tracking number didn't work, is that normal?
If your tracking number doesn't show any information, don't worry. Tracking information is usually available after 5 to 8 business days for the carrier to update it.
I ordered several different items, why don't I receive them all at the same time?
Depending on the type of item you ordered, you may receive different packages. We have indeed several warehouses and thus to optimize the delivery times and to avoid that you wait too much, you will be able to receive your articles in different parcels.
Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver our products internationally. Delivery times for the following countries can be more than 4 weeks: South Africa, Peru, Bulgaria, Argentina, Romania and French Polynesia.
My order
I'm looking forward to receiving my order, where can I follow its progress?
You can keep an eye on the progress of all your orders made on Wooden Jewelry Box. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping email containing your order number. You will then simply enter your order number (e.g. MB1284) on our tracking platform.
You can also track your package directly on the carrier's website. The tracking information will be visible 5 to 8 business days after receiving your tracking number.
I have changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?
After placing an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request a cancellation or modification.
Beyond this time no cancellation or modification will be accepted because the orders will have already been processed.
I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email
First of all, check that you have not received this email in your junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, don't panic, contact our customer service and we will help you!

which material do you use for your products?
At Wooden Jewelry Box we strive to deliver superior quality jewelry boxes using premium materials. We design our products with materials that combine quality and durability. All our products are partially made of wood. The additional materials used are indicated in the description of each item.
Payment
what types of payment do you accept?
We accept two means of payment:
- Payments by credit card: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover
- Payments via Paypal
when will I be debited after I have completed my order?
If your payment is authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email and the amount due will be debited within 24 hours.
If your card is not authorized, it will not be charged. This is a rejection by the bank, in this case please use another credit card or make your payment via Paypal.
what is the currency used on your website?
All our prices are listed in Dollars USD ($).
Return and Refund
the product I received is not suitable, can I return it?
If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, they will be inspected once received.
You will be responsible for shipping costs.
For any return request, please contact our customer service.
⚠️ All package returns made after the legal withdrawal period (14 days from the date of delivery) will not be refunded.
what is your refund policy?
Refunds are made upon receipt of the returned item. Please include the order number in the package. In the event that an item arrives in unacceptable conditions, we will not be able to proceed with the refund and we will send the item back to you.
We advise you to ask for a proof of sending at the post office (it is free).
How long does repayment take?
Refunds are made by the same means of payment used to place the order. Refund periods are from 2 to 14 days.
I still haven't received my refund
If you have not received your refund after 15 days, please contact our customer service.
